A PLACE WITH HERITAGE TO FOSTER CREATIVITY

This striking red-brick reinterpretation of Hamburg’s historic Kontorhäuser, connects today’s working style with Hamburg’s proud heritage.

Design goes beyond form and function to create a feeling of wellbeing and inspiration. Large floorplates of approx. 3,600 m² are connected to the three garden patios. This interplay between inside and outside encourages communication and creativity.

Staircases provide a direct link between the office and the landscaped inner gardens. These large open-air spaces are an opportunity to open minds and stimulate grey matter.

As one of the major landmarks of the Überseequartier, The Yard is ideally located in the heart of the district, only a few steps away from the metro and with a lobby directly connected to parking access.

THE YARD HAS 1,000 M² OF GARDEN PATIOS WHICH HELP WORKERS RECHARGE THEIR BATTERIES AND GREAT CONNECTED SPACES THAT ALLOW TENANTS TO WORK DIFFERENTLY.

The combination of these spaces and traditional architecture creates a warm atmosphere that promotes social interaction and creativity.

The large floor plates have been designed for comfort and the inner staircases encourage interaction and informal encounters. The fully glazed facade blurs the boundary between inside and outside, helping to promote different ways of working. This makes The Yard a perfect home for tomorrow’s talents.
